"I know why I'm burned out...
Now what?"
What to do when the things you're used to doing suddenly feel out of reach
A class for late-diagnosed and self-diagnosed AuDHD women:

You've probably learned a lot about AuDHD and burnout. This class is about what to actually do with that information when the things you used to be able to do feel out of reach.
You've probably learned about burnout, masking, nervous system regulation, executive function, sensory needs, and 17 other things you didn't know existed five years ago.
And yet you're still wondering how to actually apply all this knowledge when you're already burnt out.
Understanding why you've struggled doesn't automatically tell you how to build a life that works when your capacity for daily life has changed.
In the class, you'll:
- Understand why things you used to be able to do can suddenly feel harder or impossible to access
- Figure out what is actually making something harder right now instead of automatically blaming yourself for not doing it
- Learn how to tell the difference between "I can't do this anymore" and "I can't do this the way I've been trying to do it."
- Use the Small Shifts Cycle when you're stuck to figure out where to start when your old ways of functioning aren't working
- Leave with a simple framework you can use during burnout to understand your capacity and work with it so that you're no longer asking the question, "Why can't I do this anymore?"
Sooo... you probably you don't need more information about burnout.
Instead, you might need a way to figure out what to do when the things that used to work for you aren't working anymore.
This is for you if:
- You're late-diagnosed or self-diagnosed AuDHD
- You know a lot about your burnout and neurodivergence but still struggle to apply what you know to feel better
- Things you used to be able to do have become harder, more exhausting, or inaccessible
- You've been wondering "Why the heck can't I do this anymore?"
- You're tired of trying to force yourself back into the way you used to function
- You don't need more information, necessarily, but you need help figuring out what to do with what you already know

You'll leave with a practical framework you can use when you hit that "why can't I do this anymore" moment again, so you have somewhere to start instead of immediately assuming you've lost the ability or need to push harder again.
When you attend live, you'll also receive a printable guide you can use when you're feeling stuck and don't know what to try next.
Free to attend. Monday, October 5th @ 1pm EST. I'll email you the replay after the class.
Hi, I'm Abbey.
I'm AuDHD, late-diagnosed, and I spent years trying to out-perform, out-discipline, and personal-develop my way out of burnout. I read what seemed like everything. I felt like I knew so much. And still, I kept staying burnt out.
What changed for me wasn't finding more hacks, more information, or a better routine. It came from understanding what was actually happening when my capacity changed, and stopping the daily fight against my own brain and body. More and more, I started to learn how to give myself permission to stop performing functionality and actually pause long enough to listen to what my nervous system needed in order to act on it.
I built this live class from my own experience, the patterns I've seen in my work, and the real conversations I've had with late-diagnosed autistic and ADHD women who know a lot about themselves but struggle to make their lives work for them.
See you October 5th!
