You know yourself better than almost anyone.

So why does burnout keep finding you?

A free live masterclass for late-diagnosed and self-diagnosed AuDHD women

Have a question you want answered live? Drop it below.

Live session: Monday, August 17th, 2026 @ 12pm EST. Can't make it live? The replay goes out to anyone who registers.

Here's what we're covering:

  • why you find it hard to see the crash coming even though in hindsight the signs were there
  • the crash, recover, overextend, repeat cycle keeping you stuck and why motivation, discipline, and consistency were never the root of the problem
  • what actually starts to shift when your capacity is supported instead of pushed through or managed around

This session is a map and a starting place, not a productivity plan or self-improvement approach.

You'll leave with language for the cycle you've been stuck in and finally understand why the stuff you've been trying to do hasn't worked for you yet.

This is for you if:

  • you're a late-diagnosed or self-diagnosed AuDHD & burnout keeps finding you no matter what you try or learn
  • your capacity fluctuates so much that you've stopped trusting your own energy
  • you've done some reading or research about AuDHD, have some of the language, understand yourself deeply, and remain stuck in the same repeating cycle
  • you're tired of advice that still sounds like discipline, pressure, or "just be more consistent"

If you're late-diagnosed AuDHD and you keep swinging between "I'm finally doing better" and "I'm completely wiped out again," I want you to know that you're not failing at burnout recovery. You are likely stuck in a cycle that nobody has mapped out for you yet.

And if some part of you has low-key decided this might just be permanent for you, or feels ashamed that you know so much about yourself now and still can't get your body to cooperate, that's exactly what we're going to talk about. You're not alone in this experience.

Hi, I'm Abbey.

I'm AuDHD, late-diagnosed, and I spent years trying to out-perform, out-discipline, and personal-develop my way out of burnout. I read what seemed like everything. I felt like I knew so much. And still, I kept burning out.

What changed for me had nothing to do with finding a better "system" or "a plan." It came from understanding the actual cycle underneath my fluctuating capacity, as well as stopping the daily fight against my own brain and body. More and more, I started to learn how to give myself permission to stop performing functionality and actually pause long enough to listen to what my nervous system needed.

I built this live class from the real language and experiences of late-diagnosed autistic / ADHD women, because I was tired of frameworks that asked us to contort ourselves to fit.

See you August 17th!
