Quiet Strength

You know what's wrong.

You've known for a while.

You just can't make it stop.

A guided and flexible program for late-diagnosed or self-diagnosed AuDHD women who are *so done* with burning out and ready to work with their real capacity instead of against it.

Burnout probably isn't a surprise to you.

It's the inevitable result of spending years - sometimes decades - masking, overriding, and pushing past limits you didn't even know you had.

You weren't failing to cope, either. You were coping constantly, without ever being shown how to actually support yourself. And that kind of sustained effort has a cost.

You've been running on empty for so long you forgot what full feels like.

You look around and everyone seems to be managing. And whether you have time or not, it doesn't seem to matter. You spent the whole weekend resting, genuinely trying, and you still have no energy. That's not a you thing. It's a capacity thing!

You rest and wake up more tired than before. You do nothing productive and still don't feel rested. You know what would help and you can't get yourself to do it.

You have read the books, tried the routines, and done the therapy. If we're being honest, you understand yourself better than most people ever will.

And somehow you still find yourself here. In the AuDHD burnout cycle. Exhausted in a way that doesn't quit, wondering why you keep collapsing when you're genuinely trying.

You're not failing the burnout tools. The tools were built for a nervous system that isn't yours.

The missing piece to finally feeling like yourself again isn't effort. It's capacity...

You've been trying to build consistency on top of a system that doesn't have the foundation to hold it right now. So you try a new routine, and it works for a week. Then life picks back up, your capacity drops, and suddenly you're starting over, more exhausted than before, with a fresh layer of shame on top.

Burnout doesn't happen because we lack discipline. It's what happens when we keep trying to override a nervous system that's been maxed out repeatedly.

The longer you push through it, the harder it gets to feel the difference between "I'm tired" and "I'm in crisis."

Your body has been in survival mode for so long that dysregulation starts to feel like your baseline. You stopped trusting your own energy because your system has been running on fumes and you've been too busy managing it to notice.

 What you've already tried

You've probably already tried to "fix" your burnout.

With more sleep, better boundaries, meditation, therapy, supplements, elimination diets. And the "gentle productivity" system that promised it was different this time!

And maybe it helped for a bit, but you kept ending up in the same place: pushing, holding it together just barely, collapsing, and starting over.

Not because those things don't work.

These tools aren't failing you, it's just that the foundation isn't there yet, and that's what SSBE directly addresses.

Why I built this

To be honest, I built this because I needed it first.

I was working a draining job, building a business on the side, and doing everything I'd been told would eventually pay off. And then my body just... stopped cooperating.

And in 2023, my body finally said "no more, thanks." Slowly, in doses so small I almost didn't notice until I couldn't ignore it anymore. I had to message my personal training clients with tears in my eyes, to tell them I was stepping back. I stopped posting on my page for an entire year. I felt lost, but also like I'd finally made the right call.

So I rested and rested and rest. And I still didn't feel rested.

That's when I realized I didn't actually know how to truly rest in a way my nervous system could receive in burnout.

The more I learned, about nervous system capacity, about what it actually means to be AuDHD in a world that was never built for us, the more things really clicked. Not just intellectually anymore, but in my actual life. I started making small changes. Not overhauls! Small ones. And they held.

What shifts

This is what starts to change.

➡️ You stop being blindsided by crashes, because you catch what's coming before it takes you out

➡️ Rest starts to actually restore you because you finally know how to rest in a way your body can actually receive

➡️ You stop losing entre days recovering from one hard thing

➡️ You adjust in the moment instead of pushing through and paying for it tomorrow

➡️ You understand what your energy can actually handle today, not on your best day.

For the first time, your life starts to feel like yours. And not because everything suddenly got easier. But because you finally stopped fighting yourself to "get through burnout."

That's the real shift you need. You stop being a mystery to yourself. You know a lot about what's happening in your body, what it's telling you, and what to do about it. You stop questioning whether you're "still capable" and you start working with what you actually have, ultimately feeling more empowered in the process.

The question stops being, what's wrong with me? It becomes, what does my body actually need right now?

The program

Small Shifts, Big Energy

A low-pressure, guided program for late-diagnosed AuDHD women where you learn to stop overriding your nervous system and basic needs, and start going at a pace that works with your actual capacity.

This isn't a "course" you complete. It's a structure you come back to every time your capacity drops, every time life picks up, every time you disappear for a while and need a way back in without starting over.

The Small Shifts Cycle

A cyclical process. Because healing AuDHD burnout isn't linear!

The Small Shifts Cycle has four repeating "phases." Your weekly email moves through them repeatedly over 12 months, one small shift at a time. Each time you return to a phase it meets you where you are right now, not where you were last time. There's no starting over or falling behind. You just pick up wherever you are.

This is what that looks like in real life:

You have a hard week. You go quiet and stop opening Small Shift emails.

Then one day you come back, and instead of starting over at square one, you open the library and find exactly what you need for where you are right now. You pick back up mid-cycle without guilt. The framework already knows you were going to go hermit-mode for a bit. It was built for that.

Each time you move through this process, you catch things a little earlier, and you recognize the signs before the crash, not after, and you know exactly what small action to take instead of freezing up or pushing through.

What's included

Everything inside SSBE

💌 Weekly Small Shift Email

Your anchor. Each email focuses on one phase of the cycle so you always know what to do without figuring it out yourself. Even when you shut down or disappear, this is waiting when you come back, in a non-pressure-y way.

📚 SSBE Resource Library

Organized around the Small Shifts Cycle, a four-phase framework built from real AuDHD community research. Your weekly email moves through the phases repeatedly over 12 months so you always have a way back in, no matter how long you've been away.

Small Shifts Cycle 🔄:

👀 Notice: catch overload before it becomes full crash / burnout

⬇️ Lower the Load: reduce what your body and nervous system are carrying, one small thing at a time

🌤️ Restore: learn to rest, regulate, nourish, and move in ways that actually work for your nervous system

🔐 Protect and Pace: create the habits that protect your capacity, so you don't frequently end up back at the beginning

Each phase has lessons, guides, and tools in both written and audio format. You can start anywhere, though you will be guided by the weekly Small Shift emails, and nothing expires.

 🆘 Low-Capacity Day Guides

At the top of the app in the Library, there's a section built for your worst days. You open it, find the feeling that matches where you are, and it takes you directly to the right support to use in the moment. No decision making required (in fact, they help you make decisions when you have 0 brain cells left)💃

🤝Private Community -- 1 Year Access

A space where you don't have to explain your capacity or perform being okay. No pressure to show up consistently. If groups aren't your jam, that's also cool- there's no participation requirement. Lurk if you need to. Come back when you're ready.

🪴 Weekly Mentorship with Abbey

I show up in the community weekly to respond to questions, reflect back what I'm seeing, and offer support for what's coming up for you. You can post any time, voice note, or just read what others are sharing. There's no window you have to catch me in and no question too small, too big, or too messy.

📲 Accessible App

Everything lives in one place and is clearly labeled and organized so there is no hunting for tools when you're already dysregulated

 SSBE is

  • slow by design so you can stay with it on low capacity days
  • built around fluctuating energy and capacity, not ideal routines
  • a guided way to navigate burnout and rebuild capacity after late-diagnosis without guessing what to do
  • support that meets you where you actually are

SSBE isn't

  • a routine you'll fall off
  • productivity or mindset coaching
  • "self-improvement" in disguise that you have to get right

SSBE isn't here so you can back to the "old you."

That version burnt you out.

This is for finally learning how to support yourself as you actually are right now after the late discovery of your neurodivergence.

Is this for you?

SSBE is built for a specific person.

This is for you if...
  • You've done a lot of personal development and you're exhausted
  • You understand your nervous system to some degree and still can't get your body to settle when you need to
  • You can't always tell the difference between being lazy and actually having low energy
  • Everything is a battle lately. Shower. Brush teeth. Fight with yourself for 30 minutes just to start.
  • You're not looking for more information, but for a way through.

This isn't for you if...

  • You're looking for a quick fix or 30-day reset
  • You want rigid structure with daily tasks and a clear finish line
  • You want accountability check-ins and someone tracking your progress

If you're talking yourself out of it,

This isn't something you can fall behind on. It was built knowing you'd disappear sometimes. It's built for burnout.

Most programs carry a real risk. You pay, you disappear, you can lose access, you feel like you failed. That's not what happens here. There's no deadline to finish, no week you have to "catch up on," and no point where the door closes behind you.

You could go quiet for a month and come back to Small Shift emails waiting for you. You can open the library on your worst day and find exactly what you need. You can lurk in the community for weeks and then post when you're ready.

The only way to not get value from this is to never open it. And even then, it'll be there when you're ready.
