SSBE is a gently guided path you walk at your own pace, with my (Abbey's) mentorship, and it does not require you to be "on" all the time. That would defeat the purpose.
Think of it like having someone who understands you walk beside you and say "Here's the next tiny step, do it as slowly as you need, your nervous system can handle this."
This is not a "wellness challenge," or a rigid plan, or another way to #girlboss. NOPE to all of that. Healing neurodivergent burnout is not a self-development project.

WHY I CREATED SSBE:
I built this path because I needed it. I kept trying to follow plans that weren't made for my brain and it made me feel like I was failing or steps behind in life. I kept burning out even when I understood everything "correctly." Nothing changed until I changed how I treated my nervous system and learned how to tune in.
SSBE is the path I wish I had when I was stuck in survival mode, crying every other day.
