TERMS & CONDITIONS + MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE ONLY
Small Shifts, Big Energy (SSBE) is an educational membership designed to provide tools, frameworks, and community support for nervous system awareness, capacity building, and self-regulation.
This membership is not medical care, psychotherapy, mental health treatment, or crisis intervention.
Participation does not create a therapist-client, medical provider-patient, or fiduciary relationship.
You are responsible for seeking licensed medical or mental health support when appropriate.
If you are experiencing a crisis, please contact emergency services or a licensed provider in your area.
PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
By joining this membership, you acknowledge:
You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.
You understand outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
You will use your own judgment in applying any tools and suggestions.
This membership provides education and support, not individualized medical advice.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
While your membership is active, you have access to:
The Small Shifts Cycle framework
Weekly Small Shift emails
The Resource Library, including low-capacity support, in written and audio formats (a living and growing Library; not all audio or written lessons may be available due to updates or editing).
The private community inside the Kajabi app
Mentorship / Ask Abbey inside the community
Monthly live sessions, with recordings
Content, features, and session schedules may be updated, added, or changed over time at the Company's discretion.
SCOPE OF SUPPORT AND COMMUNICATION POLICY
Community support and Ask Abbey are provided inside the designated platform (Kajabi Community).
Responses from Abbey are provided:
On at least 2 designated response days per week, with an additional floating response day at the Company's discretion.
Typically within 1 to 3 days.
During active business operating periods.
There is no guarantee of same-day or immediate response.
Quiet Strength may pause mentorship responses for up to 4 consecutive weeks for planned breaks, holidays, or business maintenance. Notice will be provided in advance when possible. The emails, community, library, and platform will remain active during this time.
This membership is not designed for urgent or crisis support.
MEMBERSHIP AND PAYMENT TERMS
SSBE is a month-to-month membership at $50 USD per month.
There is no minimum commitment. There is no eight-week, six-month, or annual contract.
Your first payment is charged when you join. Your membership then renews automatically every month on the same date until you cancel.
By joining, you authorize Abbey Alexander of Quiet Strength to charge your selected payment method $50 USD each month until you cancel.
Launch price lock:
Members who join on or before October 11, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time keep the $50/month rate for as long as their membership stays active, even if the price increases later.
If you cancel and later rejoin, you will rejoin at the price in effect at that time. The launch price lock does not carry over after cancellation.
Price changes:
For members who are not covered by the launch price lock, Quiet Strength may change the monthly price. You will be notified by email at least 30 days before any price change takes effect, and you may cancel before then.
If a payment fails:
You will have 5 calendar days to update your payment information.
Access may be paused until payment is received.
If payment is not received, your membership may be cancelled.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
You can cancel anytime, for any reason, with no penalty.
To cancel, cancel inside your Kajabi account, or email strongwithabbey@gmail.com before your next billing date.
When you cancel, no future payments will be charged. You keep access until the end of the month you have already paid for.
Monthly payments that have already been processed are not refunded, including partial months.
If technical issues prevent you from accessing the membership, reasonable efforts will be made to resolve them promptly.
CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
You agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Quiet Strength (Abbey Alexander) at strongwithabbey@gmail.com to attempt resolution. Since you can cancel anytime, most concerns can be resolved directly.
In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute:
Access to the membership will be immediately revoked.
You will remain responsible for any amounts owed for months of access already received.
Any dispute shall first be attempted through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in the State of New York.
Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All membership materials, including videos, audio, PDFs, emails, frameworks, language, and community content created by Quiet Strength, are the exclusive intellectual property of Quiet Strength.
You may not copy, reproduce, share, distribute, teach, or resell membership materials without written permission.
Unauthorized distribution may result in removal from the membership without refund and potential legal action.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Participation may include discussions about burnout, disability-related trauma, masking, nervous system dysregulation, and identity shifts.
You acknowledge that personal growth can involve emotional discomfort, and you assume full responsibility for your participation.
DIGITAL ACCESS & ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY
DIGITAL MATERIAL ACCESS
Members receive immediate access to the digital materials and any updates while their membership is active. Access to the library, community, weekly emails, and live sessions ends when the membership ends.
Members who remain active for twelve (12) consecutive months receive lifetime access to the Library within the Kajabi app. Ongoing community access, Ask Abbey, and live sessions after that point require an active membership.
EXISTING MEMBERS
Members who joined under earlier terms keep any access or benefits they were promised at the time they joined.
ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activity that occurs under your account. Access may not be shared or transferred.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by New York law, Quiet Strength shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in this membership.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the membership in the three (3) months before the claim arose.
You participate voluntarily and assume full responsibility for your decisions and outcomes.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Quiet Strength may update these terms from time to time. Members will be notified of material changes by email. Continuing your membership after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.
Disputes shall be resolved in the State of New York.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:
You have read and understood this agreement.
You agree to all terms.
You understand your membership renews monthly until you cancel.
You are voluntarily participating.
