- EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE ONLY
Small Shifts, Big Energy (SSBE) is an educational program designed to provide tools, frameworks, and community support for nervous system awareness, capacity building, and self-regulation.
This program is not medical care, psychotherapy, mental health treatment, or crisis intervention.
Participation does not create a therapist-client, medical provider-patient, or fiduciary relationship.
You are responsible for seeking licensed medical or mental health support when appropriate.
If you are experiencing a crisis, please contact emergency services or a licensed provider in your area.
- PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
By purchasing this program, you acknowledge:
- You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.
- You understand outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
- You will use your own judgment in applying any tools and suggestions
This program provides education and support, not individualized medical advice.
- SCOPE OF SUPPORT AND COMMUNICATION POLICY
Community support is provided inside the designated platform (Kajabi Community).
Responses from Abbey are provided:
- On at least 2 designated response days per week, with additional floating response day at the Company’s discretion.
- Typically within 1-3 days.
- During active business operating periods.
There is no guarantee of same-day or immediate response.
Quiet Strength™ may pause community responses for up to 4 consecutive weeks for planned breaks, holidays, or business maintenance. Notice will be provided in advance when possible. The community and platform will remain active during this time.
This program is not designed for urgent or crisis support.
- PAYMENT TERMS
Total investment: $997 USD (pay-in-full)
Payment Plans (if selected):
3 payments of $365 (total $1,095)
Klarna - subject to Klarna approval.
Afterpay - subject to Afterpay approval.
By selecting a payment plan, you authorize Quiet Strength™ to charge your card automatically according to the selected schedule.
Payment plans are binding and non cancelable once initiated.
You agree to complete all payments regardless of usage, participation level, or perceived results.
If a payment fails:
- You will have 5 calendar days to update payment information
- Access may be suspended until payment is received
Failure to complete payments may result in:
- Removal from the program
- Collection efforts if necessary
- REFUND POLICY
All sales are final.
Due to the immediate access to digital materials and intellectual property, refunds are not provided under any circumstances.
Non-participation, dissatisfaction, change of circumstances, or perceived lack of results do not qualify for a refund.
If technical issues arise, reasonable efforts will be made to resolve them.
- CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
You agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Quiet Strength™ (Abbey Alexander) to attempt resolution.
In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute:
- Access to the program will be immediately revoked
- You will remain responsible for the full program balance
- Any recovery or administrative costs may be added to the outstanding balance
Any dispute shall first be attempted through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in the State of New York.
Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.
- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All program materials, including videos, PDFs, frameworks, language, and community content, are the exclusive intellectual property of Quiet Strength.
You may not copy, reproduce, share, distribute, teach, or resell program materials without written permission.
Unauthorized distribution may result in removal from the program without refund and potential legal action.
- ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Participation may include discussions about burnout, trauma, masking, nervous system dysregulation, and identity shifts.
You acknowledge that personal growth can involve emotional discomfort and you assume full responsibility for your participation.
- DIGITAL ACCESS, COMMUNITY TERM & ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY
DIGITAL MATERIAL ACCESS
Participants receive lifetime access to the digital course materials and future updates on those materials for as long as the program is maintained by Quiet Strength ™. Lifetime access refers to course content only and does not include ongoing community access or live support beyond the initial program term.
COMMUNITY & SUPPORT TERM
Community access and weekly response support are included for 12 months from the date of enrollment.
After the initial 12-month term, continued access to the community and live support may be available through a separate paid membership option. Pricing, structure, and availability of renewal access are subject to change at the Company’s discretion.
ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activity that occurs under your account. Access may not be shared or transferred.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by New York law, Quiet Strength ™, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from participation in this program.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the program.
You participate voluntarily and assume full responsibility for your decisions and outcomes.
- GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.
Disputes shall be resolved in the State of New York.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:
- You have read and understood this agreement
- You agree to all terms
- You are voluntarily participating
