Free Live Training:  The Crash Cycle That Keeps Late-Diagnosed AuDHD Women in Burnout

(and what actually restores capacity)

If you're a late-diagnosed AuDHD woman who keeps swinging between "I'm finally doing better" and "I'm completely wiped out again," I want you to know that you're not 'failing' at burnout recovery. You are stuck in a cycle that nobody has mapped out for you yet.

And if part of you feels ashamed that you know so much about yourself and still can't get your body to cooperate, that's exactly what we're going to talk about.

Have a question you want answered at the training? Ask below! (optional)

Live session: Tuesday, June 23rd, 2026 @ 12pm EST

In this session, you'll learn:

  • why your energy crashes can feel sudden even when they're not random
  • the burnout cycle that keeps you stuck in crash, recover, overextend, repeat
  • what actually helps stabilize capacity when pushing harder keeps making things worse

This training is for you if:

  • you're a late-diagnosed or self-diagnosed AuDHD & trying to make sense of your burnout patterns
  • your capacity fluctuates so much that it's hard to trust your own energy and you're frustrated
  • you're tired of advice that still sounds like discipline, pressure, or "just be more consistent"

(This is not for someone looking for hustle or a push-through-it style productivity plan)

Ready to understand your energy in a way that actually makes sense for your neurodivergent brain?

Hi, I'm Abbey.

I'm AuDHD, late-diagnosed, and I spent years trying to out-perform, out-discipline, and personal-develop my way out of burnout. I read what seemed like everything. I felt like I knew so much. And still, I kept crashing.

What changed wasn't finding a better "system." It was finally understanding the actual cycle underneath my fluctuating capacity and stopping the fight against my own brain and nervous system.

I built this live class from real language and experiences from real AuDHD women, because I was tired of frameworks that asked us to contort ourselves to fit.

See you June 23rd!
